A restaurant that has been ‘temporarily closed’ for months looks set to be replaced by a Thai restaurant.
Dino’s Restaurant opened in the former Saranda Bar and Grill unit in December 2024 and served an unusual fusion of Turkish, Greek and Italian in Harrogate.
The spot, on Station Bridge, closed in January for refurbishment, with a note on the window saying “Big changes are coming to Dinos. We're currently closed while we undergo renovations and an exciting rebrand. We can't wait to welcome you back with a new look, a refreshed feel and the same great hospitality you know and love.”
However, the restaurant has never reopened.

A new sign has gone up
The Stray Ferret has repeatedly contacted Dino’s over the months, via its website and social media channels, but never heard back.
Now it seems the place has closed permanently — but is about to be revived.
Although the white-washed windows have been there for a while, the sign has now been replaced by one that says Sila Thai Restaurant.
No further information is known yet, with the Stray Ferret unable to contact either establishment.
