Thousands of people flocked to the Great Yorkshire Showground today for the opening day of Harrogate Spring Flower Show.
The four-day event, which attracts up to 50,000 people, attracted long queues at opening time for the country’s first major gardening show of the year.
Besides nursery displays, there were live talks and demonstrations. You can read an interview with show director Nick Smith here.
