Diveshack is running pool sessions at Harrogate Ladies College swimming pool this weekend.
Aimed at empowering divers of all levels to explore the underwater world with confidence, they can be booked for anyone from the complete beginner for a Try Dive or for those who wish to keep their diving skills up to date.
The sessions last approximately three hours, and there are various options to choose from depending on if you need kit, or an instructor. The company also offers full refresher courses too.

Make Harrogate is running a jewellery making workshop at Painting Pots in Knaresborough.
