July 19-20: Hampsthwaite Feast and Show

This show embodies the community spirit of Hampsthwaite village, with key features including child and adult running races and a traditional Feast fancy dress parade.

This year’s event, which is organised by volunteers for residents in the village, will start on Friday evening and continue into Saturday evening.

From 4pm July 19 to 10.30pm July 20, free, Feast Field, Hollins Close, Hampsthwaite, HG3 2EH.

July 21: Weeton Show

Hailed as ‘The Greatest Little Show in Yorkshire’, Weeton Show makes a fun day out for all the family.

There’s ferret racing (we obviously love this!), a Punch and Judy show, horse and pony and small animal showings and vintage tractors display, to name just some of the events. This will all be to the background of brass bands who will be performing throughout the day.
