Crowds gathered in Harrogate today (November 6) to see the unveiling of Bettys’ seventh annual Christmas window display.
Mince pies, hot chocolate and carol singers added to the festive spirit as people eagerly awaited this year’s theme. English actress Donna Preston was present to conduct the countdown.
Staff worked through the night putting the display together before it was revealed to the public at 5.30pm today.
The window displayed a chocolate house, Father Christmas and gold coins as part of a St Nicholas theme.
The Parliament Street café – seen as Bettys’ flagship store – is an institution in the town and its seasonal windows are highly anticipated.
