The offences occurred on Cambridge Street.

The freehold on one of Harrogate’s prime town centre retail buildings is for sale at £5,150,000.

The building includes Boots and Lush on Cambridge Street and The Works on Oxford Street.

The listing on commercial property selling site Completely Retail says the building “occupies a 100% prime trading location fronting onto on the pedestrianised Cambridge Street, in between Marks & Spencer and Primark”.

The property, which is being marketed by agents Jackson Criss, currently yields rent of £385,000, it adds.

According to the brochure, Boots recently completed a five-year lease, The Works took a new lease in September 2021 and Lush renewed its lease in October 2019.
