A Harrogate man has been accused of two violent crimes.
Alexander Decker, 30, appeared at York Magistrates Court yesterday (December 2) charged with wounding with intent and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
Court documents allege Mr Decker unlawfully and maliciously wounded a named man at an unspecified address in Harrogate, intending to cause him grievous bodily harm, on December 1.
Mr Decker, of Chatsworth Grove, is accused of assaulting a named woman occasioning her actual bodily harm on the same day.
The case was transferred to York Crown Court, where Mr Decker is expected to give pleas on January 5.
