A Harrogate man accused of murder is to face trial after pleading not guilty to the allegation.
Jason Mark Johnson, 26, is accused of murdering 56-year-old Paul Tillet at a flat on Harrogate's Strawberry Dale on September 29.
Mr Johnson, of no fixed address, appeared at Leeds Crown Court today when he denied the allegation.
His co-accused, Philip John Watson, 34, of Bower Street, has yet to enter a plea to the same charge.
Mr Johnson’s trial will start on March 27 next year. He was remanded in custody until then.
