A Harrogate man has been found guilty of sexual assault.
Mahmoud Mohammadi, of Cautley Drive in Killinghall, appeared at York Crown Court for trial last week.
He originally denied the offence at Harrogate Magistrates Court in May, 2023.
His trial took place between March 12 and 14, when a jury found him guilty of one count of sexual assault.
The 60-year-old defendant was found to have sexually assaulted a person at an address on Market Place in Knaresborough in November, 2022.
Mohammadi was released on conditional bail and will be sentenced at York Crown Court on April 30.
