A central Harrogate office block is to reopen in November after a £10 million refurbishment.
Long-term work on Copthall Bridge House has reduced traffic on Station Bridge to a single lane and led to the closure of the footpath.
Leeds-based office company WorkWell revealed the road is due to re-open next month (September), and the premises are expected to host their first tenants two months later.
A spokesperson said the firm “will be bringing over 1,700 square metres of office space and 250 square metres of meeting room space to the Harrogate market”.
They added the new facility would provide an “unparalleled working environment with cutting-edge design and world-class amenities”.
Besides workspace, the building contains meeting rooms and breakout zones for relaxation and networking.

Oliver Corrigan, managing director of WorkWell, said:
Our investment reflects our commitment to supporting the growth of businesses in the local area by providing them with top-tier facilities and a vibrant community to thrive in. As a family business founded by my father, I am dedicated to maintaining our legacy of investing in Yorkshire.
Construction form HACS has been renovating the site, which businesses were told to vacate by November 2018.
The road was due to re-open in April this year. The spokesperson said the delay was partly due to the windows being replaced to improve the sustainability of the building.
