A man has denied assaulting a woman in Masham.
Alan Hamarasheed, whose address was registered as Harrogate but told the court he is of no fixed abode, yesterday (October 16) pleaded not guilty to assault causing actual bodily harm.
His case was heard at Harrogate Magistrates Court.
Mr Hamarasheed is accused of assaulting the named woman in an unspecified area of Masham.
The offence is alleged to have happened on October 11, 2024.
The trial was scheduled for December 11, when Mr Hamarasheed, 23, will return to Harrogate Magistrates Court.
