Man denies dangerous driving on A1(M) near Knaresborough
A1(M) at junction 47.
A man has denied driving dangerously on the A1(M) at Allerton Park near Knaresborough.
Stephen Carr, 59, appeared at Harrogate Magistrates Court today (October 30) charged with the offence.
It is alleged Mr Carr drove a Renault Clio dangerously at junction 47 of the motorway.
The offence is said to have taken place on August 18, 2024.
The case was adjourned for trial until February 5 next year, when Mr Carr, of Foxhill Court in the Weetwood area of Leeds, will return to Harrogate Magistrates Court.
