A man has denied drug-driving in Knaresborough.
Danial Dove, of Ganners Way in Bramley, Leeds, appeared at Harrogate Magistrates Court today (September 12), when he denied one offence of drug-driving.
Mr Dove is alleged to have driven along Grimbald Crag Road when there was 32 micrograms of cocaine per litre of his blood. The legal limit is 10 micrograms.
The offence allegedly happened on July 14.
A trial date was set for January 8, 2026, when Mr Dove, 45, will return to Harrogate Magistrates Court.
