A boutique fitness and wellness hub has opened in a rural setting just outside Harrogate.
Fresh Air & opened last week on Clint Bank, Burnt Yates and is founded and owned by Caroline Dunne.
Ms Dunne, who is originally from Otley, has lived in Harrogate for the 10 years.
The former chemistry teacher combines her science background with wellness in the new venture, which offers group workshops and short courses ranging from personal training and nutrition to yoga, breath work and book club.
She said:
Fresh Air & is both a life philosophy, and a war cry.
We stand for putting ourselves first so that we can pour back deeply into others and the earth, creating the future we envision for ourselves, future generations and the world.
We invite our whole health; a peaceful, beautiful place where we can lift weights, breathe, flow and chill on a sofa making friends.
Everything we do is all based on the same philosophy; all parts of you are welcome.

Ms Dunne began a one-to-one coaching practice in 2018. She later added yoga, meditation, breath work, nutrition coaching, and internal family systems therapy to her repertoire.
She said:
Our hub was created to be able to reach more people than is possible via one-to-one coaching alone, plus there's a special sort of magic in small groups. The support and connection is incredible.
We wanted a place that felt connected to and aligned with what we do, and our hub surrounded by fields and with the most beautiful view feels connected to nature, and within easy commuting distance of Harrogate, Ripon, Pateley Bridge and surrounding villages.
She added that she will bring a sense of community to the area and create “a place where you can come together to be with like-minded people to look after your whole bigger picture health.”
The business has opened in Unit 1 at Clint Bank, which was previously home to HG - NY Blinds and Shutters Ltd, which entered liquidation in April.
It has two coaches and is open Monday to Thursdays and Saturdays.
