A full programme of events for this year’s Harrogate Self Care Week has been announced.

Harrogate Business Improvement District has revealed the schedule for the week, which returns to the town for its third year.

Running from Monday, February 2, until Sunday, February 8, the week will feature a wide range of free workshops, classes and experiences designed to support mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.

The BID will partner with West Park Hotel which will act as the main host venue, alongside key sessions taking place at the Turkish Baths, Lush on Cambridge Street, and other venues across the town centre.

Places for each session during Harrogate Self Care Week are limited and must be booked in advance.

Bethany Allen, operations manager at Harrogate BID, said:

We are really excited to be hosting Harrogate Self Care Week for the third time and partnering with West Park Hotel will enhance the programme of events even further.

It is so important to celebrate what Harrogate is famed for, while also encouraging people to try something new at the start of the year. The addition of new experiences such as hot yoga, cold plunge and a hot sound bath at the Turkish Baths makes this year’s programme particularly special.
