The force today (March 9) told the Stray Ferret Radk Szatkowski, 41, has since been charged with affray.
Police said:
A 41-year-old man from Wath has been charged with affray in Melmerby on December 4, 2025.
He has been bailed with conditions to appear at York Magistrates Court on April 7, 2026, at 10am in courtroom 2.
