Tockwith man denies sexually assaulting a child
A Tockwith man has denied sexually assaulting a child.
Jonathan Vickers, of Bramblegate Road, appeared at Harrogate Magistrates Court on Friday (April 4) charged with assaulting a girl under the age of 13 by touching.
Mr Vickers spoke only to deny the offence, which is alleged to have happened in August of 2023, and to confirm his name and address.
The case was transferred to York Crown Court, where the 47-year-old defendant will next appear on May 6.
