A woman suffered a torn ear after a crash in Harrogate yesterday afternoon.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service’s incident log said the crash, which happened on Church Square near the Empress roundabout just before 4pm, involved two cars.
Harrogate and Knaresborough firefighters responded to the incident.
On arrival, they found a Toyota Yaris and VW Golf had collided.
The log said:
Two occupants of the Golf were out on arrival of crews. One female in the Yaris was trapped on arrival, and released by crews, suffering from a torn ear.
Crews used small cutters to release the door from the car.
The Stray Ferret contacted the fire service but no further information was released.
