The annual food festival is taking place at Ripley Castle, which is located less than four miles outside of Harrogate, marks its sixth year with more activities than ever, celebrating global flavours and local independent businesses.
Running throughout the bank holiday weekend, the event features live music with a Springsteen and U2 tribute act, cooking demonstrations with local chefs, an interactive comedy show and entertainment and performing arts shows.
The Street Food Arena will showcase food from across the world, while artisan markets celebrate independent traders and small businesses.

Enjoy the start of your bank holiday in Ripon, where a range of events are taking place on Saturday, August 23.
Head to the market square for free fun for all ages, including live music and fairground rides that will run from noon until 6pm.
Performances by the Jelly Roll Jazz Band will be taking place between 2pm and 4pm, after also performing at last week's 80th anniversary of VJ Day.

Pannal Cricket Club is hosting its Family Gala on Sunday.
Featuring a Colour Run (entry £10pp, pre-registration is required) and a dog show with prizes such as the dog that has the waggiest tail, the dog that does the best trick and the best in show, there will also be a water balloon throwing contest, an inflatable fun zone, local stalls and artisan market and family games and competitions such as hook-a-duck.
Tuck into food from the barbecue, including burgers, sausages and veggie options, or pizza from the pizza truck. There will also be a fully licensed bar to buy drinks from.

The bandstand
A woodwind and brass band, NoteAbility will be playing its Summer Concert this year at Valley Gardens bandstand on Sunday.
The band will be playing its favourites so bring a picnic along and enjoy.

The final Family Funday of the season takes place at Ripon Races in Ripon on Bank Holiday Monday.
This ever-popular event includes plenty of entertainment, such as a magic show, a Punch ‘N’ Judy show, barrel rides, face painting and a bouncy castle.
And, of course, there’s the racing itself, with the day featuring the only listed race of the season, the EBF Ripon Champion Two-Year Old Trophy.
There's a range of food and drink options to choose from on the day, or you can also bring your own picnic to the grounds.
