Police are investigating a barn fire at a farm in Harrogate.
North Yorkshire Police today (July 14) said the blaze, which happened at 4pm on Saturday, occurred at Cow Dyke Farm, just off Skipton Road in the New Park area.
The force believes the fire was started deliberately.
Officers are appealing for information and witnesses to help identify potential suspects. Today’s statement added:
We would be keen to speak with two teenage men, who were wearing dark pink T-shirts, that were seen in the general area prior to the fire being reported.
Please email david.mackay@northyorkshire.police.uk if you have any information that could help our investigation.

The Stray Ferret last week reported on another fire at a derelict barn on Skipton Road on July 10.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue service said two crews were called to the blaze shortly after 1pm that day, which spread to other timber structures at the site.
One of the buildings was damaged in its entirety.
The incident was passed over to North Yorkshire Police, as the cause of the fire was also believed to be deliberate.
The Stray Ferret has asked the police if the two fires occurred at the same site.
Councillors last year approved plans lodged by Rowan Green Developments Ltd to build 135 homes at the Cow Dyke Farm site near Jennyfields.
The land is allocated for housing in the council’s local plan and the scheme was recommended for approval in a report at the time.
The majority of the homes will have between one and three bedrooms and 54 are expected to be classed as affordable.
