Harrogate is set for a number of wellbeing events as Harrogate Self Care Week returns.
Announcing the event’s return for a third year, Harrogate Business Improvement District (BID) said the self care week aims to celebrate the town “as a wellbeing destination” and drive footfall to Harrogate.
Running from February 2, residents can look forward to hot yoga and a cold plunge, as well as a hot sound bath session at The Turkish Baths.
A range of classes and workshops will be held throughout the week but these are yet to be announced.
All events are free to attend.
Bethany Allen, operations manager at the BID, said:
We are really excited to be hosting the Harrogate Self Care Week for the third year in a row and partnering with the West Park Hotel will enhance the programme of events even more.
It is really important to celebrate what Harrogate is famed for and it also is a great chance for people to try new things in the new year.
I am personally very excited for the new additions of the hot yoga and sound bath at The Turkish Baths. It is set to be a really great, unique experience.
Companies looking to get involved in Harrogate Self Care Week are advised to email Harrogate BID on info@harrogatebid.co.uk.
Harrogate BID said a full list of events will be published in the coming weeks.
