Three men have denied drugs-related offences in Harrogate and Knaresborough.
Logan Malton, 29, of Granville Place in Otley, Wayne Malton, 49, of Town End View in Tockwith, and Marc Malton, 54, of Marston Road in Tockwith, all appeared at York Crown Court this afternoon (May 18).
They each denied producing a controlled drug of class B (cannabis) and possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class B (cannabis).
Logan Malton also denied possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class A (cocaine).
The men are all accused of producing a quantity of cannabis in Knaresborough on December 15, 2023.
They are also all alleged to have possessed a quantity of cannabis with intent to supply it in Harrogate just a day prior (December 14).
On that same day, at a different address in Harrogate, Logan Malton also allegedly had in his possession a quantity of cocaine with the intention of supplying it.
The men’s trial is expected to start at York Crown Court on November 16 and could last for at least four days.
All three men were released on unconditional bail.
