The Turkish Baths in Harrogate has announced new sunrise hot yoga sessions for 2026.
With the cold, dark mornings we have been experiencing, the idea of starting the day with hot yoga may be the perfect escape.
Every Tuesday morning at 7.30am, visitors can book onto a 45 minute sunrise hot yoga session designed for deep restoration and invigoration.
The sessions are suitable for all levels and take place in the 32°C tepidarium with a professional instructor.
The focus of the sessions is to safely relax your muscles and open your joints before invigorating yourself for the day ahead with an optional dip in the famous cold plunge pool.
The capacity is limited to 9 people per session to allow for a private, intimate experience.
Yoga mats and towels are provided, but attendees should bring comfortable clothes and a swimming costume to make the most of the session.
The new hot yoga sessions comes at a time when health and wellness is coming to the forefront in Harrogate, with the annual Harrogate Self Care Week returning on Monday 2 February.
As part of Self Care Week, the Turkish Baths will be offering their new hot yoga and cold plunge session as a one-off event on Monday 2nd at 19.00pm.
The Turkish Baths will also be hosting a 45 minute, hot sound bath experience at 8.15pm on Monday 2.
Places for these exclusive Self Care Week sessions are limited and must be booked in advance.
