A shop focussed on “whole and organic” products looks set to open in Ripon next month.
Sustain, which is opening in Halls of Ripon, is described by its founder as an organic food, drink and coffee shop.
The unit is still a work in progress, but Charlotte Baldwin told the Stray Ferret customers can look forward to a range of food, wine and supplements at Sustain.
There will also be a coffee shop on site, which Ms Baldwin said will stock “whole-food snacks”, as well as a small bakery area serving bread from Bakeri Baltzersen.
She added:
We will have an Enomatic wine machine, which [will] allow patrons to taste wines before they purchase them.

The Halls of Ripon unit, which faces the Tesco car park, is still a work in progress.
Sustain Ripon, which last week lodged plans to display signage outside the store, is expected to serve its first customers in April, but an exact date is yet to be confirmed.
