Brew Bar Harrogate is to reopen as an 'Aussie-style' coffee shop next month.
The venue on St Winifred's Avenue will be rebranded as The Saints Coffee, reflecting its location in the Saints area of Harrogate.
Kat Rickert bought the business off previous owners Simon Somerville-Frost in January this year.
It has continued to operate under the Brew Bar name until now but Ms Rickert has now revealed plans to fully adopt the antipodean approach from next month.
She said the focus of the business would be on providing fresh, quality ingredients, a commitment to consistently delicious coffee and a friendly atmosphere.
The treats will include banana bread, Anzac biscuits and friands, which are small almond cakes popular in Australia and New Zealand.
Ms Rickert said she has worked with two speciality coffee roasteries to develop two bespoke coffee blends and a strong smooth decaf.
The signs are due to change on September 2, the new menu will be adopted shortly afterwards and a relaunch celebration is expected to be held in the middle of next month. The venue will remain open throughout the process.
The Saints Coffee opens from 7.45am to 4pm, Tuesday to Saturday.
