North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service has said there are no reports of any injuries following the early morning fire at The Cricketers pub in Calcutt, near Knaresborough.
Firefighters from Knaresborough, Harrogate, Acomb, Tadcaster, Ripon and Wetherby were called to the pub on Thistle Hill at 4.02am after fire ripped through the building.

The aerial ladder platform was deployed to pump a huge volume of water through the roof to douse the flames.
In a 10am update today, North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said:
Crews remain at the scene damping down and an investigation into the cause is underway. The fire has caused 100% fire damage to the building. There are no reports of any injuries. Crews used main jets, hose reels, breathing apparatus and thermal imaging cameras.

It shows the roof of the pub has been destroyed and the building is completely gutted.
