This month, volunteer organisation Resurrection Bikes is hosting an event where cycling enthusiasts can have their bikes checked for free.
The 'Big Bike Revival' is a national campaign run by Cycling UK that Resurrection Bikes has taken part in for the past five years.
The project began as a gap year fundraising exercise in 2014.
Since then, the team of 30 volunteers has taken donated bikes from the public, mended them, and sold them to raise money for local charities.
Some of the charities include Aid to Eastern Europe, Artizan International, and In2Out.

On August 11, visitors will be able to bring their bikes along for checks, advice, and minor repairs at the Dr Bike clinic.
Unwanted bikes in any condition can also be dropped off and taken in by the team.
Adult bike tyres, luggage racks, mudguards, saddlebags, and more will be available to buy, the funds from which will be put into various charities.
Refreshments will also be available.
The event will be held at Westcliffe Hall on Harlow Terrace, on August 11, from 2-5pm. All are welcome.
