A Harrogate clothing retailer has gone into liquidation.
Prey Four moved from Parliament Street to Swan Road in 2021. But the shop, which sold men's and women's clothes, closed this summer.
According to online public records journal The Gazette, the company appointed Christopher Wood and Steven Hodgson of Leeds firm Clough Corporate Solutions Ltd as liquidators on September 3.
A separate notice on The Gazette also revealed director Paul Lown agreed to voluntarily wind-up the company on the same day.
Both notices were posted yesterday (September 9).
The former Prey Four unit is listed for sale with Harrogate agent Feather, Smailes and Scales at £275,000.
A member of staff at a nearby retailer today told the Stray Ferret the site had been closed since early summer.
Prey Four's website appears to no longer exist, while the company has not posted on social media since June.
The Stray Ferret approached Prey Four for comment but did not receive a response at the time of publication.

Mr Lown, who spent more than 40 years trading in Harrogate, also formerly owned Leopard.
Before opening Prey Four in 2017, Leopard occupied a number of sites in Harrogate between the 1980s and 1990s, including what is now McDonald’s on Cambridge Road.
