Harrogate cosmetic dentist has premises repossessed
A company which advertises itself as "Yorkshire's #1 cosmetic dentist" has had its Harrogate town centre surgery repossessed.
Dentozen opened its Harrogate clinic in October 2024, following the £400,000, three-month refurbishment of a unit on Oxford Street.
It had three surgical rooms and specialised in composite bonding, veneers, and teeth-whitening procedures.
But it is now shut, with a sign in the window stating that the landlord, Bear Asset Commercial Ltd of Wakefield, has re-entered the ground floor and basement of the building. It says:
As a consequence of the re-entry, the lease is forfeited and the premises have been secured.
It says the goods contained in the unit – presumably mainly dental equipment – are now in the possession of the landlord, or “involuntary bailee”, and adds:
Any attempt to enter the premises without the landlord's authority may be a criminal offence and result in a prosecution.
Dentozen Harrogate's website still advertises the company as "Yorkshires #1 cosmetic dentist".
Dentozen has had other clinics in Leeds and London, but it is not clear whether they are still open. The telephone number for the Leeds clinic does not connect, and the number for the London clinic connects to a different company.
Their social media channels have not been updated for some months.
