A new fine dining restaurant looks set to open in Harrogate.
A premises licence application is currently being advertised in the windows of two neighbouring Montpellier Parade units formerly occupied by Owl and Suzy Hamilton.
According to the notice, the venue would be called Johnny’s Bar and Parlour, run by Madhatter’s Dining Room Ltd.
Applicant Jemima Harrison, who is listed as the sole director of Madhatter’s Dining Ltd on Companies House, seeks approval to sell alcohol at the “fine dining restaurant” between midday and 11pm, Monday to Sunday.
People can have their views on the application until September 24.

When the Stray Ferret contacted Ms Harrison for comment, she said:
I’m looking to open on 1 November. My aim is to create an experience for my guests from the moment they walk through the door.
With live music softly playing in the background, there will be a varied wine list, cheeky cocktails and a selection of champagne to accompany elevated small plates from around the world or large sharing platters in the bar, and fine dining tasting menus in the parlour.
Harrogate needs a place to go where you can get dressed up and step out in style, and I would like Johnny’s to feel like that place.
If approved, the restaurant would be another new addition to the area’s hospitality scene, with French bistro Champagne and Fromage opening over the road on Royal Parade next week.
