A Harrogate man appeared in court today (February 5) accused of supplying drugs.
Benjamin Cooper, 46, is charged with six offences: supplying cocaine; supplying methylene-dioxymethyl-amphetamine (MDMA); supplying cannabis; supply amphetamine; supplying flubromazepam and supplying bromazolam.
Cocaine and MDMA are both class A drugs, cannabis and amphetamine are class B drugs, and flubromazepam and bromazolam are both class C drugs.
Mr Cooper, who gave no indication of his plea when he appeared before magistrates in Harrogate, is alleged to have supplied the drugs on December 14, 2023, in Harrogate.
The case was transferred to York Crown Court, where Mr Cooper, of Park Road, is due to appear on March 9.
