A Harrogate man has denied stalking a woman.
Christopher Longhurst, 40, appeared at York Magistrates Court yesterday (March 9) when he denied one offence of stalking without fear, alarm or distress.
According to court documents, Mr Longhurst pursued a course of conduct that amounted to stalking between June 1 and 21 last year.
During that period, he is alleged to have sent the named woman numerous messages, pictures and emails, and called her several times.
The case was transferred to Harrogate Magistrates Court, where Mr Longhurst, of Wood Park Close, will appear for trial on May 21.
