The Harrogate Tipple distillery is set to relocate as its Ripley home is put on the market.
The site is listed with Harrogate estate agent Feather Smailes Scales. It is described as a residential development opportunity with a guide price of £750,000.
Harrogate Tipple is a family-run distillery specialising in small batches. The business also has a shop in York.
The company moved to the Ripley Castle Estate in 2018. On the 4,000sq ft site set within the Castle grounds lies the distillery and gin school.

In June, the Stray Ferret reported that the Ripley Castle Estate had been put up for sale, after being owned by the Ingilby family for 700 years.
Harrogate Tipple confirmed its move is not a result of the looming estate sale.
Steven Green, founder of Harrogate Tipple, told the Stray Ferret the company put the distillery on the market prior to receiving the news.
Mr Green said:
The Harrogate Tipple is not affected by the sale at all, we are just looking for a new home. It is time for a change – we have been here for six years and feel like we have just outgrown it.
We want to move to a more efficient place, but we have no idea where that will be yet. If anyone knows of anywhere we could move to let us know!
