Technology company Mobile Tornado has moved its head office to Copthall Bridge in Harrogate town centre.
The company, previously based at Cardale Court, enables instant voice and multi-media communication over cellular networks and provides safety features, including emergency SOS alerts and GPS tracking.
The firm, which has research and development teams in the UK and India, has restructured after winning new contracts in the last six months.
A statement announcing its move today said the new office will allow Mobile Tornado to “grow and support remote working for its team with the latest hybrid working technology”.
Luke Wilkinson, managing director of Mobile Tornado, said:
As we continue to grow around the world, it is important for our head office to be flexible enough to meet our future needs and provide a premium working environment for our team. Copthall Bridge stands out in Harrogate thanks to its focus on wellbeing and excellent technology, which supports hybrid working.
Mobile Tornado serves industries in Europe, North and South America, and Africa.
Office group WorkWell has spent £10.5m redeveloping the town centre offices, which can cater for 360 staff.
Oliver Corrigan, managing director of WorkWell, said:
It’s great to see our newly opened Copthall Bridge offices competing in a global market to attract companies like Mobile Tornado.
