A building on Harrogate's Parliament Street, which is made up of retail units and a block of flats, is set for auction.
Harrogate House is being marketed by property firm Savills at a guide price of £3 million.
The listing says the nearly 26,000 sq ft building, which spans a huge part of the popular retail and hospitality street, comprises five tenanted units – including Nando’s and Mojo – as well as one vacant kiosk, offices, a car park and a block of flats.
The residential and office spaces, as well as the basement car park, are all under long leases, the listing adds.
It also suggests the site yields a considerable sum in rent:
Stepped rent increases in 2025, 2026 and 2027 with total rent rising from £276,314 per annum to £391,314 per annum.
The news comes as the unit that hosted Solita Food Hall until its closure in 2021 shows new signs of life.
Durham-based Newgate Pubs and Bars appears to have started work on transforming the site and is recruiting staff.
The Harrogate House listing includes The Mayfair as the tenant of unit one, adding the brand has agreed a 20-year lease from completion.

The former Manahatta site, which closed in July, is also part of the site.
The Stray Ferret contacted Savills for further details of the listing, which will go to an online auction on October 8, but we did not receive a response by the time of publication.
