A Ripon man has denied causing actual bodily harm and criminal damage.
Steven Lamb, 37, appeared before York Magistrates Court on Monday (August 31) where he pleaded not guilty to both alleged offences.
According to court documents, Mr Lamb, of Rayner Street, was charged with assaulting an alleged victim occasioning them actual bodily harm on North Street in Ripon on August 29.
He was also accused of causing criminal damage to a property on the same street on the same date.
Mr Lamb will appear for trial at Harrogate Magistrates Court on November 13, 2026.
