Missing Ripon males found

Two missing males from the Ripon area have been found safe, police said this morning.

In a statement issued shortly before 9am, North Yorkshire Police said 47-year-old Dan, who was reported missing from Ripon on Tuesday (25 June), was "found safe and well in Kirkby Malzeard" this morning.

About 40 minutes earlier the constabulary had revealed 14-year-old boy Brandon had "been found safe and well following our appeal in the Ripon area on Friday (28 June 2024) afternoon".

We will update our coverage to anonymise the details of the missing people.
