A bohemian Harrogate business is set to branch out into Ripon.
Bo Grove, on Oxford Street, will open a sister shop in the city tomorrow (June 29) called Three Blind Mice.
It will open at 26 Kirkgate in the unit previously run by interior design firm Vault.
Like the Harrogate shop, it will sell antiques, furniture and art.
Owners Kyrensa Bentley and Jonny Rooke opened Bo Grove on Oxford Street in 2020 after running a previous venture under the same name on Grove Road in Harrogate.
Ms Bentley told the Stray Ferret they felt the time was right to expand.
She said:
Ripon is such a nice city, it appealed to us because it is in a good position. Kirkgate is so lovely and picturesque we thought our emporium would fit in well.
We saw the opportunity and took it. The Harrogate shop is doing really well so we figured now was a good time.

Three Blind Mice will have a soft launch this weekend.
Ms Bentley said they have undertaken some renovations, including new flooring, painted the shop throughout and done some alterations.
She said:
The shop will be under a different name but will still be an eclectic mix of furniture and art and we will have a large vinyl section.
We just thought Three Blind Mice was a cool name and wanted to give it a nursery rhyme feel.
The interior of the Kirkgate store has been redecorated.
She said they hoped to bring “a different vibe” to Ripon, adding “Kirkgate already feels culturally bohemian".
Ms Bentley added the shop had recruited locally, which would be “good for business and good for the community".
