WATCH: Police raid Jennyfields property as part of town-wide drugs crackdown

Smashing the door of a home in Jennyfields during a drugs raid.

A man has been arrested after police raided a Jennyfields property yesterday (February 11).

North Yorkshire Police today said officers found class A drugs at the Harrogate house as part of Operation Tornado.

The operation, police say, was a day of “intensification to tackle issues that matter” to the Harrogate community.

A man has been arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply.

You can find a video of police breaking down a door to gain entry to the property below.

As reported by the Stray Ferret, offices also patrolled the Bilton area following residents’ concerns over antisocial behaviour and drug use.
