Luxury chocolatier Hotel Chocolat has opened a bakery and savouries area inside its Harrogate store.
The James Street shop is one of only four stores owned by the company to get the new addition, alongside Leeds Trinity, Leeds Springs, and Ilkley.
Hotel Chocolat, which has over 140 stores worldwide, now sells the treats in its in-store Velvetiser Café.
Customers can pick up items such as a hazelnut crownie, chocolatier’s carrot cake and dunking pastries.
There will also be savoury items on the new menu, including Caribbean chicken curry, Soufriere spinach, mushroom and ricotta, piton pulled pork, and Cortés goat’s cheese & caramelised onion.

Hannah Cosgriff store manager said:
It is really different and the goods are baked fresh every morning in Leeds, then sent here daily.
We have had positive responses and it is really exciting to have the roll out in Yorkshire rather than London or down south. I think it is the right place to trail it, you will get honest feedback in Yorkshire.
Ian Mackie, head of Velvetiser Café said:
This launch represents a significant milestone for the Velvetiser Café, as we expand our offerings to include a diverse and delectable menu inspired by our commitment to quality and innovation.
