A man has been charged with intentional strangulation in Killinghall.
Kane Corroll, 43, appeared before Harrogate Magistrates Court on Friday (August 14) to face the alleged offences.
Mr Corroll, of Archer Road in Stevenage, was charged with two counts of intentional strangulation and one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm on the same named victim.
The alleged intentional strangulation offences happened on May 4, 2025, and November 15, 2025, according to court documents.
The assault charge dates to November 15, 2025.
Magistrates adjourned the case to be heard at York Crown Court on September 14, 2026, where Mr Corroll will appear for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
