National perfume retailer to open Harrogate store
A national perfume retailer looks set to open a branch in Harrogate.
The Fragrance Shop, which markets itself as the UK’s largest independent fragrance retailer, appears to be taking over the unit formerly occupied by Pandora on Cambridge Street.
The jewellery shop moved across the street to a bigger unit, which once was home to River Island, last year.
Work on The Fragrance Shop’s new unit appears to be underway, with banners saying the new store is “coming soon”.

The Stray Ferret contacted The Fragrance Shop for more information, including when the Harrogate store will open, but we had not received a response at the time of publication.
However, the company is currently hiring a branch manager for the new local site.
The Fragrance Shop was established in 1994 and has since opened more than 200 stores nationwide.
