North Yorkshire Police has released a CCTV image of a man officers want to talk to about a fuel theft at a petrol station on Leeds Road, Harrogate.
According to a police statement today (April 7), the incident happened at 9.50am on March 9 on Leeds Road.
There is a 24-hour BP petrol station on Leeds Road in Pannal.
Fuel prices have risen since the war in Iran began on February 28. However, this incident was before the more significant recent price increases and fuel shortages at the pumps.
The statement added:
