Vernon Kay praises ‘absolutely spectacular’ Symphonic Ibiza in Harrogate
Vernon Kay has described the inaugural Symphonic Ibiza at Harrogate’s Great Yorkshire Showground as “absolutely spectacular”.
The broadcaster and DJ was one of the headline acts at last night’s (August 15) event, which attracted thousands of 90s dance fans.
M People lead singer Heather Small, Alison Limerick and Rebecca Ferguson also took to the stage, along with the 40-piece Symphonic Ibiza Orchestra.
Posting to over a million followers on social media this morning, Kay said:
Harrogate Showground!! Ibiza Symphonica — you were absolutely spectacular! What an evening of big 90s house anthems!! Best reaction ever to Josh Wink. DanceSoundsofthe90s!!!
The comments to his post were overwhelmingly positive about the event.
One woman said: “One of the best nights I've had in ages... AMAZING.” Another added: “Bloody loved it Vern even in my wheelchair after surgery, proper wheelchair dancing you little legend.”
