A fourth suspect has been arrested in connection with a violent incident on Nidderdale Greenway on Wednesday.
North Yorkshire Police previously said three teenagers, two aged 17 and one aged 15, had been arrested on suspicion on affray after an altercation broke out at the scene.
The viaduct was cordoned off at both ends by police on Wednesday evening (July 24), which remained in place yesterday to allow forensic investigations to be carried out. The route is now fully back open.
A boy suffered lacerations to his body at the scene and was hospitalised for his injuries, which were described as neither life-threatening nor life-changing.
In an update this morning, the force said another 17-year-old has been arrested in connection with the incident.
All four teens currently remain in custody while the investigation continues.
The viaduct is now open to the public again.
