Three teenagers, one as young as 15, have been arrested after a brawl broke out on Nidderdale Greenway last night.
A section of the greenway near the viaduct was cordoned off last night by police.
Today North Yorkshire Police said in a statement three teenage boys – two aged 17 and one aged 15 – had been arrested on suspicion of affray.
The viaduct was sealed off at both ends from 5.30pm, as officers found a boy with lacerations to his body.
He was taken to hospital with injuries described as neither life-threatening nor life-changing.
Police added the investigation remains ongoing today and there will continue to be an increased police presence in the area.
The cordon is also still in place.
